The event is organized for the 4^th year running in the winter resort of Pamporovo in the Rhodopes to mark 3 March. 

A 25-metre long national flag and a group of bagpipe players from the 101 kaba bagpipes orchestra from Smolyan came at the head of the ski parade. Many young families joined in the event with their children, as well as many Bulgarians living abroad. The celebrations continued with horo dancing.
