Some school classes will take place at different museums where students will have video lessons and virtual tours. The idea is part of a national programme – Providing a Contemporary Educational Environment – for which the Ministry of Education and Science has provided 100,000 Leva for the current year. The museum classes from the general curriculum will be mandatory, elective or optional for children up to 7th grade. The Ministry of Education and Science will cover the expenses for: admission fees for students and teachers, lecture fees, virtual tours and video classes, materials provided by the museum for the duration of the classes not included in the admission fees, train or bus fare for the students and the accompanying teachers from the school to the museum.
