European Theatre Night grows into global meeting with celebrated Bulgarian actors, opera singers and musicians

Twelve countries mark for the tenth consecutive year the European Theatre Night. Bulgaria joined the international cultural initiative several years ago. The cultural events are supported by the Sofia Municipality and the Bulgarian Ministry of Culture. Fifteen Bulgarian cities host cultural events held on theatre stages and alternative art spaces. Vladimir Karamazov, Darin Angelov, Hristo Mutafchiev, Silvia Petkova, Vesela Balabanova, Marta Petkova, Ivan Barnev, Anna Papadopoulou, Koyna Ruseva and other famous actors will have a tete-a-tete meeting with their fans in a six hour online studio. The topic in the special Live Cam format will be themed Theatre, Opera, Ballet – Within and Beyond Stage Speaking and Feeling for Art. The audience will have the opportunity to ask questions during the live broadcast from 11.am until 5 pm. Renowned Bulgarian conductor Maxim Eshkenazy and celebrated Bulgarian tenor Kaludi Kaludov will join the event through a video link.
