Bulgarian extreme runner Bozhidar Antonov has impressed again after climbing consecutively the tallest peaks in Stara Planina (Balkan Mountain Rage), Rila and Pirin Mountains. The extreme runner relied on his own strength only. He was riding a bicycle when he was not running. His goal was to finish in less than 24 hours, but he stopped the clock at 26.06 hours due to technical problems with his bicycle. Bozhidar Antonov holds the record for the fastest crossing of Kom-Emine long distance trail. In September 2018 he crossed the 600 kilometer route in 4 days, 8 hours and 27 minutes.
