Trade union calls on museums and galleries to protest on February 22

The National Federation “Culture” with the Confederation of Labor Podkrepa called on the museums and galleries to close on February 22 as a form of protest against the “humiliating and ill-considered parematers of the funding earmarked by the 2022 state budget”. 

The trade unions ask National Assembly Speaker, this country’s President, Prime Minister, ministers and members of Parliament the following question: “Would you offer a model for the survival of museums, galleries and libraries, given that the money earmarked for their development increase with 5% and 9.2% respectively”. The trade union demands amendments to the draft budget before the vote in Parliament.
