Works of the famous Bulgarian artist Ivan Milev from the fund of the Art Gallery in his native town of Kazanlak will be presented in the Austrian capital Vienna. The exhibition "Life abroad. 125 years since the birth of Ivan Milev" will be opened on November 22 at 6.30 pm at the Bulgarian Cultural Institute "Haus Wittgenstein" by the famous art historian Dr. Bernhard Böhler, a prominent specialist on the Vienna Secession.

The exhibition also includes the mystical portrait "Ahinora". Sirak Skitnik defined the picture in 1925 as the best combination of legend and painting. Milev himself, whom many say was strongly influenced by the Viennese Secession, visited the city, albeit for treatment, in the same 1925.
In March 2022, the exhibition "Life abroad. 125 years since the birth of Ivan Milev" was also shown in Rome.
