Bulgaria registers 60 new coronavirus cases for a day, no deaths

60 new coronavirus cases were detected yesterday in Bulgaria after 3,198 tests, official data showed. 2% of samples tested positive. 70% of the newly infected are non-vaccinated citizens.

Most of the new cases are in Sofia – 14; followed by Varna - 8, and Burgas - 6. There are 255 patients in hospital as 33 of them are in intensive care. There were no Covid-related deaths on Tuesday, while the number of recoveries was 99.

The total number of active cases is 2,756. A total of 84 vaccine doses were administered yesterday. There are 2,075,494 people with completed immunization.
