Tennis: Grigor Dimitrov reaches semifinals in Marseille

Bulgaria’s No. 1 tennis player Grigor Dimitrov has advanced to the semifinals of the tournament in Marseille with EUR 724,000 in prize money, after winning versus Arthur Rinderknech, France by 6-3, 7-6. To advance to the final Grigor Dimitrov will be playing against 18-seeded Karen Khachanov Russia, who won his match versus Zhang Zhizhen, Russia by 6-4, 6-1.

The other semifinals match will be between the champion from last season Hubert Hurkacz and Ugo Humbert.

Next week, Grigor Dimitrov will be taking part in the АТР 500 indoor hard court tournament in Rotterdam, where his first match will be against Lorenzo Sonego, Italy, and top seed is the champion from the Australian Open Jannik Sinner.
